We were disappointed to find access to our room was not wheelchair friendly. The shower was weak and nozzle broken. The heater was working but hanging off the wall by one screw. The TV had a bad picture until I re arranged the aerial cable. They didn't have a shower mat for us. They also expect you to reuse your towels, we didn't. Coffees stains were not cleaned off when serviced. Andy was friendly and helpful, but this motel is showing signs of age.

Short walk to town centre. Nice quiet place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. All in all no complaints will go back. Very good value for money.

The location of the hotel was great, within a short walk to downtown area. However, the room we stayed in was not the room that was showed to me in a picture, and it was much less than what we were expecting. We were on our honeymoon and wanted something a little more special than a basic room. We got one of the hotels suites, but it still was a disappointment. They said they would have champaigne in our room upon arrival and they did not. However, they had an Activities desk that was helpful for tours and such. And the staff was nice.
