nice front of house facilities - the room we had was very run down and out of date. Very expensive for what we got.

A very spacious room with an awesome view (seventh floor) over the harbour. Excellent location to explore the surrounding Cuba St area and close to Te Papa and Events centre. Would recommend and stay there again.

One female staff member was very unfriendly, but everyone else more than made up for her!

A bit old fashioned and worn out, but the service and location were good.

It is a nice hotel, very central. However, I think it needs a bit of renovation. Our room smelt rather musty.

Typical 4 star accomodation with a good location overlooking the harbour. I was disappointed you had to pay extra for parking your car. I did feel this should have been included considering we upgraded to a club room. There was a lack of care in designing the rooms, the television was situated in a silly place and couldnt be turned or seen very easily from the bed or sofa. I cant fault the staff although I do feel hotels of this size lack the personal touch of a smaller boutique hotel and was certainly quite noisy.

Well situated for the sights of Wellington and dining the hotel and it's staff provided excellent service. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite on arrival, with access to a private lounge and free breakfasting. The views and internal features were all exemplary. The restaurant was very good - a delicious meal and service was good. A wonderful stay.
